Rationale: It is valuable to provide opportunities for self-directed learning as it can be challenging for a rigid course design to meet a diverse student bodies needs and interests. This provides an opportunity for you to explore a topic of interest.

 Make sure to discuss things that are different from your previous paper related to PCMH. Perhaps you could discuss more of the patient outcomes or cost or some other unique perspective.
